Returns

If you're not completely satisfied with your order at WoolBox, we are able to accept returns for up to 30 days after receipt of your order.  We can offer a full refund on the cost of your items, as long as they are returned in a fully resalable condition, with original packaging intact - items cannot be returned once they have been used or cut.

  • We are unable to cover the cost of returning items or the initial delivery charge
  • Within your return parcel, please include your order number, name & address details and we recommend you use a tracked postage service
  • Please allow 14 working days for your refund to be processed.
